Another difficult day
It certainly makes things harder when I think about the girls and miss them so much. Claire keeps asking if we have the baby. We just tell them we are still waiting. We have nothing new to report on the adoption, just that things are very difficult and it has been very emotional for me (hubby is the rock, fortunately).

Katherine, I'm wondering how things are going now and what has transpired since this post. It's frustrating to be called to travel and not have it all fall into place -- but as we blog readers know, this is very often how it happens. I hope there is a child soon who captures your heart.

Hello Katherine,
Lea has been filling me in and I have done nothing but think about you and how hard this must be on your tender heart. Try and remember there is a higher power that has a bigger plan and he will not let you down. Keep an open mind and heart and things will fall into place the way they are meant too.
The first few days were really tough for Lea too but when you look at Dylan you know it was all meant to happen the way it did. He is so her son on every level. You will meet you forever son too, I have confidence you will.
Take deep breathes and know we are thinking of you and rooting for your family from the sidelines.

Katherine, We are thinking of you and praying that things will work out very soon. I know you miss your girls, but thankfully, they usually understand and are "tuffer" than we realize. Hang in there. We are praying for you and hope for you to meet your child soon. Blessings!
Praying it gets easier and you find your forever child soon. There was a family in Kaz when we were and they had difficulty as well. They were firm and stuck with the age their home study stated and finally were matched with the son that was meant for them. Hoping maybe that has already happened for you!

We too are thinking and praying for you guys, I know it is really hard now but when you finally meet your son and everything is sorted out, it will just feel right and you will know why the timeing was a little off,your son is there waiting for you!!!!
